Distraction...

I am working hard, I promise... But I just found this on the East Dulwich Forum!

When Dulwichmum had a book launch,
she had to work hard on her paunch (no offence, purely for the rhyme).
So she stopped eating cake,
for cake eating sake,
and stuck with the creamy blancmange.

Thanks to CitizenEd, Asset, TillieTrotter and Ant.

So are you going to dedicate your book to your limerick-writing co-bloggers (in rhyme, of course?)

Dulwich Mum, you go from strength to strength. Immortalised in verse now! The sitcom has to come next.

I am not working hard at all! And instead have had much fun reading your poetry!

Just a note to say, keep at it and good luck.

I say get one of those elasticated stomach clencher thingies, then you can indulge in all the cake you like whilst keeping a svelte silhouette.

Good news for those of us without a book launch - we can continue eating cake

Elasticated waistband sounds more attractive.

I'm very pleased that wales does not please you. I can only hope that you remain unimpressed and in dulwich. Wales is a terrible place and should be avoided by all. scotland and ireland are such wonderfully historic locations full of gaelic cultural delights. why bother with wales? ychafi
